Roundtrip Fee : est. $350 to $400 

60 days prior to the last payment you will be notified of the exact price and the remaining balance to give ample time to submit the remaining balance.

Please Note:  The payment plan will begin April 2024 and our group flight will booked July 2024; flight ticket prices decrease within the 60 to 90 day window to the date of travel. We have chosen to start the payment plan early to solidify all travelers and to ensure our group has the max amount of time to spread out their payments, while also getting the best rate on the flight.

Deposit: $50 + $3.00 processing fee -  Due 04/17/24 - You can pay the deposit any day after this date, however the increments of payments and the amount due in September will be dependent upon the number of payments submitted. We will close this option once seats are full

The remaining payment installments are (6) automatic payments of $53.00 withdrawn each month on the date initial payment was made ( if you begin payment in April).

The full balance is to be fulfilled in the month of September 2024 and you will be notified of the remaining balance in the month of August.

Refund Policy 

 
Option 1: If your flight ticket is paid in full and you are no longer able to travel, tickets are transferable up to 72 hrs prior to departure to another passenger - please contact iedify@outlook.com 

 

Option 2: Once your individual flight ticket is issued in September you can contact American Airlines directly and a flight voucher will be issued ( if flight ticket price is paid in full)

 Option 3: If the flight ticket price isn't paid in full and cancelled prior to the ticketing process ( September); all payments made outside of the $100 fee cancellation fee charged by the airline will be refunded. ( i.e you pay $200, you will be refunded $100)
